Steven Seidenfaden Wensley
20 years running programmes other people had given up on, and since February 2026 a one-man factory of AI agents in production. What I bring to boards and leadership teams is neither of those on its own. It is what running the machines taught me about judgement: whose it is, and why it cannot be delegated.
I came to AI from an unusual angle. I read history at the University of Copenhagen and have written poetry for twenty years, published under the name T.K. Bars. A person who has spent that long writing about what it is to be in a body has something to say when a machine without one sounds so convincing about things it cannot feel. That is not a metaphor I use in talks. It is the operating instruction behind everything below.
The other twenty years were spent leading complex IT programmes in regulated industries — life science, pharma, pension and finance, telecom, the public sector. Datacenter migrations, carve-outs, compliance programmes under GxP, NIS2 and DORA. Known for taking over troubled programmes and delivering them. I design the governance and then work inside it; no handover gap between strategy and reality.
Since February 2026 I have run a one-man factory of AI agents that builds real systems for real clients: 6,948 commits, 15 client-facing solutions, hands-on with every frontier lab’s models, every change gated and approved by a human. Not a course certificate; a production system with public receipts. It is the proof that when I talk to a board about what AI does to judgement, I am not repeating something I read.

Steven joined the project when there were lots of complications and things were not moving in the right direction. In a very short time of six weeks he was able to bring the project on track — emphasising the project planning and building the knowledge repositories and checklists that helped the whole team.
His proven experience in programme governance, planning, risk and dependency management was invaluable in helping to establish and grow the function from scratch. He consistently brought significant detailed reporting together in a ‘stakeholder-friendly’ way.
As an external Senior Project Manager, Steven led the track responsible for separating a BizTalk-based System Integration Platform with 26 system interfaces — coordinating a significant group of stakeholders and suppliers. He demonstrated a strong strategic understanding of IT, system landscapes and data interfaces. I can highly recommend him for large, complex IT projects.
No obstacles will ever stop Steven; his persistent work gets the job done to the satisfaction of his stakeholders. Very business-oriented and excellent at understanding and meeting customer expectations.
Calm, focussed and well prepared for every meeting. Over six months I was always guided and supported by Steven in taking important decisions on the project. I learned a lot from him and highly recommend him.
A professional and skilled project manager who knows both traditional project management and how to combine those tools with agile development. Steven brings enthusiasm and good spirit — a true pleasure to work with.
His ability to structure the work and adapt to the organisation he came into meant we found new ways of approaching the project — and created better results both internally and, most importantly, for our customer. A clear recommendation from me as the project owner.
Steven’s effort and ability to control and drive projects in the financial control area was impressive and inspiring. He always had a positive attitude and engaged issues and tasks with a solution-orientated approach.
Always very focused and dedicated, with a high level of professionalism. No obstacles will ever stand in Steven’s way — the combination of hard work and positive attitude conquers all kinds of barriers.
Remarkably quick to absorb new knowledge — he understood what our business is about in no time, down to the detail. He approaches his tasks with enthusiasm and works in a highly structured, persistent way.
